Do you travel internationally for resort and hospitality video shoots?

Yes. Doozy Crew has produced resort and hospitality video both domestically and internationally — our work has taken the crew from Marco Island to Haiti, Honduras, and beyond. We travel with full kit (cameras, lighting, drones, motion control rigs as needed) and coordinate with property staff for shoot logistics.

What does a typical resort video production include?

Most resort productions cover property reveal beauty shots, drone aerials of the grounds and approach, lifestyle scenes with talent (dining, pool, activities, spa), food and beverage cinematography, room and suite walkthroughs, and any signature property experiences. Final deliverables typically include a hero reel, social cutdowns, and individual scene videos for the property's marketing toolkit.

Can you shoot drone footage at resort properties?

Yes. Drone aerials are a core part of resort work — sweeping property reveals, beachfront approaches, golf course flyovers, architectural beauty shots, and pool/cabana area context. Our crew is FAA Part 107 certified for U.S. shoots and we coordinate with local aviation authorities for international productions.

How much does a resort or hospitality video cost?

Resort productions are quoted per project after a scoping conversation, because shoot duration, travel costs, crew size, deliverable count, and on-property logistics all vary significantly. Hospitality work typically lands in the mid-to-upper end of our standard range. We provide a fixed-fee proposal after the kickoff call, including travel.

How long does a resort video shoot take?

Most resort productions involve two to four shoot days on property, plus travel days. Pre-production runs one to two weeks (shot list, talent, schedule coordination with the property), and post-production runs three to five weeks given the volume of deliverables. A typical full resort production runs six to ten weeks from kickoff to final delivery.

Do you handle travel logistics for the production crew?

Yes. Doozy Crew coordinates the crew's travel, lodging, gear shipping, and on-the-ground logistics as part of the production. Properties typically host the crew during the shoot; everything else (flights, ground transport, customs paperwork for international shoots) is handled by us and rolled into the fixed quote.
