Essential guidelines for working with Doozy Crew
Our Terms of Service outlines our client agreement, setting clear guidelines for deliverables, payments, and intellectual property rights. This protects both parties and prevents misunderstandings in creative projects.
Service Scope
Doozy Crew provides video production services from concept development through post-production. Our work includes creative direction, filming, editing, animation, and delivery of final assets as outlined in the agreed project scope.
Project Terms
Each project begins with a written agreement outlining deliverables, timelines, and expectations. Any changes to the scope must be approved in writing and may affect cost and timeline.
Intellectual Property
Final, approved videos become the property of the client upon full payment. Doozy Crew retains the right to use project assets and final deliverables for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Payment Structure
Projects typically follow a 50% deposit upfront and 50% upon delivery unless otherwise specified. Payment terms are net 30 from the invoice date. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Timeline & Communication
We pride ourselves on clear communication and on-time delivery. Project timelines will be shared at kickoff, and any delays caused by changes, approvals, or missing materials may result in adjusted deadlines.
Confidentiality
All client information and project materials are kept strictly confidential unless otherwise agreed. We treat your brand and materials with the same level of care as we would our own.
Termination Rights
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In such cases, the client will be invoiced for work completed up to that point, including any non-cancelable expenses.
Liability
Doozy Crew is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our responsibility is limited to the value of the services provided under the agreement.
