Doozy Crew (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates doozycrew.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site or get in touch, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Contact form submissions
When you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and any project details you share — including service interest, budget range, and optional phone number. This information is sent to our team by email and stored in our inbox so we can respond and discuss potential projects.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. Analytics collects standard information: pages visited, approximate location based on IP address, device type, browser, and referrer. IP addresses are anonymized by default. We do not use this data for advertising.
Session recording (Microsoft Clarity)
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with pages — what they click, where they scroll, and where they get stuck. Clarity may record anonymized session playbacks. Form fields and any inputs marked sensitive are automatically masked before recording, so we never see the actual text typed into a contact form, name field, or similar. We use this only to improve the site's usability — never for advertising, profiling, or resale. See Microsoft's privacy statement.
Both Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity only load if you accept analytics in the cookie banner shown on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the footer.
Scheduling (Calendly)
When you book a 15-minute call through our Calendly link, Calendly collects your name, email, and any details you provide. Calendly is an independent service and its own privacy practices apply to that data — see calendly.com/privacy.
Hosting logs
Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs including IP address, request paths, and timestamps for security and performance purposes.
How we use information

Data retention
Contact form submissions are kept as long as the inquiry remains active and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. If you ask us to delete your inquiry, we will do so unless we are required to retain it for legal or accounting reasons.
