Define the property's positioning, target guest, and core message. Map amenities, key moments, and the guest journey we want to capture. Align on package fit and scope.

Pre-production

Schedule around guest occupancy, scout property locations, coordinate talent or staff appearances, secure necessary releases, plan drone flight paths within FAA rules.

Production

On-property shoot — cinema cameras (ARRI Alexa 35, RED V-Raptor), drone aerials, optional underwater capture, lifestyle b-roll across amenities. Minimal-disruption shooting around guest activity.

Post-production

Editing, motion graphics, color grading in DaVinci Resolve, sound design, optional voiceover and music licensing. Two rounds of revisions standard (unlimited on the Luxury package).

Delivery & rollout

Master hero film + social-ready cutdowns (16:9, 9:16, 1:1) for the channels you actually use — paid social, OTAs, in-property displays, sales decks, and broadcast where applicable.

Are you FAA-certified for drone work?

Yes. All of our drone operators are FAA Part 107 certified, and we carry commercial drone liability insurance. We file LAANC authorizations where required and coordinate with property management on flight paths around guest areas.

Can you shoot around guest occupancy without disrupting operations?

That's how most of our resort work runs. We coordinate shoot windows with the property's operations team — typically early-morning amenity coverage before peak guest traffic, with quieter lifestyle moments staged with willing guests or talent during the day. No closed amenities or service interruptions.

Do you handle underwater or specialty footage?

Yes — underwater is included on the Premium and Luxury packages where it fits the property (beach resorts, pool-focused properties, water amenities). We bring in specialty rigs as the shot calls for — gimbals, water housings, motion-control, etc.

How fast can you turn around a resort promotional video?

Four to eight weeks end-to-end depending on package. The Basic package can land in under four weeks with a tight scope. Premium and Luxury packages usually run six to eight weeks given the extra deliverables and revisions.

Do you travel to resort properties outside Ohio?

Constantly. We travel as the property requires — across the U.S. and internationally. Travel rolls into the fixed package quote.

Will the video include licensed music we can use without rights issues?

Yes. All music is licensed for the use cases defined in the scope — web, social, paid digital, in-property display, broadcast where applicable. You receive the rights to use the finished videos as agreed in the project scope.
