Trusted by teams at

This page is for marketing, communications, brand and HR teams at companies with a steady need for video: a testimonial program, a launch, an internal initiative or a rollout across offices. You have real customers and employees with real stories, a brand standard to protect and a calendar that does not move. We have run that kind of program for a Fortune 100 insurer across the country, and we bring the same crew, the same process and the same look to each one.

One program, every office.

Nationwide needed reliable, high-cadence production against its own creative direction. Since 2024 that has meant about 20 customer and agent stories in 11 states, from Portland and Sacramento to Charlotte and Atlanta. It started as one project and became a program. That is the shape of the work most corporate teams need.

How a program is scoped

A set number of story packages a year. Each package is a defined deliverable: story development and interview prep, a half or full shoot day with a two-camera interview and b-roll, then edit, color, sound and captions, or footage delivered to your editors. The crew stays the same, the look stays the same and the library grows with every shoot.

Real people, real workplaces.

Four programs for companies and the people who work with them, each built on someone telling their own story in a real place.

Nationwide

Customer and agent stories, nationwide

About 20 customer and agent stories across 11 states since 2024, with the same crew and the same standard in every city.

Nationwide, the Fortune 100 insurer headquartered in Columbus, has brought us back again and again for customer and agent stories filmed across the country, from Portland and Sacramento to Charlotte and Atlanta. Each shoot is built on real people and documentary interviews, with a lean crew that lands in any city and delivers the same look every time. Some projects are capture-only for Nationwide's own editors; others run through our post suite end to end. With advance planning, one trip can cover more than one story, which keeps the cost per film down.

Columbus State Community College

Carolyn: an employee testimonial at Nationwide

A 30-second testimonial for Columbus State's Making Us Stronger campaign, filmed with a graduate at her job as an IT analyst at Nationwide.

Carolyn is a Columbus State graduate and an IT analyst at Nationwide. We filmed her at work in Nationwide's Columbus headquarters: at her desk, in a meeting, walking the lobby, at the sign out front, with a short interview that carries the spot. One morning on site, no disruption to the floor, and a film that works for both organizations. It is the format every company needs for recruiting and culture: a real employee, in the real workplace, telling her own story in 30 seconds.

Boss Money

Brand film with Jonathan Mensah

A brand film for an international money-transfer company, told through Columbus Crew captain Jonathan Mensah and the family he supports in Ghana.

Boss Money wanted a customer story with real human value instead of a typical ad. We started with a Zoom interview to understand Jonathan's background, distilled it into a voiceover that stayed true to him, then filmed him on a practice field at sunset with the ARRI Alexa Mini and a drone. One short window on the field produced a 30-second hero spot and a longer interview about growing up in Ghana and the American Dream. Two films, one shoot day.

Third Sun Solar

Brand anthem for a solar installer

A one-minute anthem for an Ohio solar installer: the crews, the rooftops, the farms and the families that run on the power they build.

Third Sun Solar installs on homes, farms and businesses across Ohio. The anthem follows the work from a dark street at dawn to installers on a roof and a ground-mounted array, with aerials of panels on a farmhouse, a barn and a neighborhood. It gives a company that sells something technical a film about the people and places that technology serves, which is what a brand anthem is for.

How we work.

Six steps, built around your calendar, your brand standards and the people on camera. One fixed-fee quote per deliverable, two rounds of revisions, on deadline.
1

Discovery

Your goals, audiences and calendar, and the customers and employees whose stories are already there.

2

Story development

We find and pre-interview people, then write a short treatment for your approval, to your brief or ours.

3

Site plan

Rooms, access, badges and timing worked out with your office or facilities team, so the workday keeps going.

4

Production

A lean crew with a two-camera interview kit, lighting and sound, on site for a half or full day, in any city.

5

Edit and review

Review links with time-coded notes. Two rounds of consolidated revisions, with your approvals built in.

6

Finish and deliver

Color, sound mix, captions and cutdowns for web, social, intranet and broadcast, with the footage for your library.

Low drama, every time.

An office, a branch or a customer's home is not a set. We plan every shoot around the people in it and the work that has to keep going.

Your brand, your brief

We can shoot to your creative direction and brand standards, as we do for Nationwide, or develop the concept with you. Either way, nothing is published without your approval.

A small footprint

A compact crew and a two-camera interview kit that sets up in one room, works around meetings and is gone by the time the floor fills up.

Any city, same crew

The same director, camera and sound team lands in each market, so a story filmed in Atlanta matches one filmed in Columbus.

Works with in-house teams

Capture-only when your editors want the footage, full post when they don't. Either way the files arrive organized and backed up.

Gear and footage.

CamerasCinema cameras, including the ARRI Alexa 35 and RED: the same tools used on commercials and features.
Interview kitA two-camera documentary interview setup with lighting and production sound, built to set up fast in a conference room or a customer's living room.
AerialDrone footage, flown by an FAA-certified pilot, for offices, campuses and neighborhoods.
Lighting and soundA lighting, grip and sound package sized to the room, from a run-and-gun kit to a full package on a brand film.
PostEditing, motion graphics, animation, color and sound, led by our team.
AccessibilityClosed-caption files for every film, so your team can meet its accessibility standards on any platform.

Planned to stretch

With advance planning, one trip can cover more than one story, which saves on crew and travel. Over a continuing relationship, every shoot adds to a footage library your team can pull from all year.

Your footage

Every project uses the same folder structure, with footage organized by date and backed up during production. Finished films and source footage are delivered by cloud transfer.

Rights and usage

Your company owns the finished films, source footage and project files, and can reuse them for its own marketing, communications and recruiting with no added fees. Licensed music, stock and voiceover follow their own license terms.

The leads on every story.

Our core team leads every project, from the first idea to the final cut. When a shoot calls for more hands, we scale up with production support that works under our direction, at home or on the road.

What a first year could look like.

An example only. The real plan is built around your launches, campaigns and internal calendar.
1

Quarter 1

Discovery, one shared look and a library shoot at headquarters. The first two customer stories.

2

Quarter 2

A brand film or launch spot. Employee stories for the careers page.

3

Quarter 3

Customer stories in two more markets on one trip. An explainer for a new product or process.

4

Quarter 4

A leadership message and a year-in-review cut from the library. Planning for next year's program.

Three ways to work together.

Everything is scoped per deliverable, so you always know what you're getting. We quote fixed-fee after the first call, in a form you can take to procurement.

Common questions, quick answers.

The questions we hear first from marketing and communications teams.

Can you work with our in-house creative team?

Yes. For Nationwide we often capture to the client's own creative direction and hand footage to their editors; on other projects we run edit, color and sound through delivery. We fit whichever model your team needs, project by project.

Do you travel to our other offices and to customers?

Yes. Columbus is home base, and most of our work is elsewhere. For Nationwide we have filmed in 11 states, from Portland and Sacramento to Charlotte and Atlanta, with the same crew each time. Travel rolls into the fixed quote.

How disruptive is a shoot in a working office?

Not very. A testimonial needs one room for the interview and a couple of hours of b-roll around the floor. We plan access, badges and timing with your facilities team in advance, set up fast and work around meetings. Carolyn's spot for Columbus State was filmed at Nationwide in a single morning.

How do you protect our brand standards and approvals?

We shoot to your brand guidelines and creative brief when you have them, and build the look with you when you don't. Every cut goes to you for review before anything is published, with two rounds of consolidated revisions included.

How long does a testimonial take?

Most single stories deliver in three to six weeks from the shoot, including two rounds of revisions. Series and programs are scheduled as a package so delivery matches your campaign calendar.

Who owns the footage?

You do. Your company owns the finished films, the source footage and the project files, and can reuse them for its own communications with no added fees. Licensed music, stock and voiceover follow their own license terms.

Do you deliver vertical and captioned versions?

Yes. Every film comes with closed-caption files, and cutdowns for social, intranet and broadcast are scoped into the quote when you need them.

Let's tell your company's story.

Tell us what's coming up: a testimonial program, a launch, a recruiting push or an internal initiative. We'll come back with a plan and a quote for the first set of films.
